Same thing just happened to me but they called 4 times in a row. Told her if this is chase them I will call them directly to handle any issue and ***g up. Over these scammers

Same process as the other reports here. It's spam. Chase Bank doesn't use this as a fraud number. Their fraud numbers are toll-free. The caller seemed to be from India.

Said someone opened a cc in my name at Chase.

Ask if I opened a CC in New Mexico, usually they say Texas. The person did not speak English too well. I ***g up They used the number 415 292 7114 and it appears to be "Chase Bank"

Call me. Said that credit cards had been applied for Chase Bank told him I didn’t apply for a credit card to cancel it. They then told me other credit cards were applied for from Bank of America. I ended my call with him without giving him information. Call Bank of America no credit cards were applied for.
