unknow and they keep calling  cell phone

I got a call from 415-363-6692. They said they were David calling from WCA. I have no idea who it is and how they got my cell number.

I was able to call the number back and it gave me the option to put my number on their no call list. Its a company called WWC Clearing House

Got a call on my cell phone, but no message left on my voice mail.  The number that shows up in my call log is 0000123456.  Caller ID and missed call log shows the 415 number.
