This guy called said he was a lawyer for Insta Chas and that I was being charged with check fruad for defaulting on  a payday loan, which by the way I have never had. I disputed the caller and he tolfd me I was going to be arrested on sat and taken to California to answer charges. I keep receiving calls from a person by the name Daniel Jackson. He says i owe 947.35 and if i dont resolve this i am going to be subpenaed for a problem in CA. I dont know what to do...i told him i was going to contact a lawyer and see what the lawyer suggest i do, the persona claiming to be Daniel Jackson said "Ok well you will be subpenaed tomorrow for this actions a***nst your SSN"....so i guess i will see tomorrow.

a guy calls from this number and states he is an attorney and that i was going to be charged with fraud. he stated if i did not pay 647.33 i would go to jail. it is a scam. they call constantly. he even called me at 7:30 one morning. i answered the phone and got no response. when i called back, a guy answers then c****es his voice and stated he is an attorney.
