Who is this?

Still up to it (almost November). Now that I know (sort of) what kind of caller it is, thanks to you guys, I'll tell them to stop next time they call (repeatedly during day and evening). I'm fairly certain I have asked these guys not to call in the past as well.

Called my cell phone and ***g up when I answered.

It is someone claiming to be the Democratic Comittee. If true, they don't have to follow the do-not-call lists.

I asked who it was, they were calling for my g/f, and they said it was some Democratic Party committee.

I have no idea who it is either. They keep calling me too and never leave a message. I finally answered and told them to take my name off whatever list they have me on.

Keeps calling. Who is it?
