Received this call on my cell phone. I couldn't understand the person calling very broken language. Said he was from the IRS and needed to call back immediately or face legal actions.

Called left a message just like I got a few years ago but the people were from the east cost, thick accent and obviously doesnt know the law really well. They are scammers.

Called saying they were from IRS. When I called back and asked for the name who called, another person came on and asked if I was the name they had called. I asked for his name and was told his name was Kenneth Webster, not Daniel Robinson who had called. I will report this to the IRS in the morning!

Claims to be an IRS agent, which is interesting given the fact that the government is currently shut down. Caller has left several messages each time asking for a different person
