The recorded message said there is a warrant for my arrest. Seriously??? Bring it on. If the IRS has my phone number, then they have my address and where I work. Come and get me!!

They claim I am being sued for underpayment of taxes. When I ask them for do***entation of their claim, they refer me to the "local sheriff's department".

Robo call to call back this number regarding legal allegation and law suit. . The IRS does not call people, they send letters if you messed up on your taxes. Don't fall for it!

On my voicemail, "So, before we move forward with this lawsuit please contact us..."

The IRS supposedly filed a lawsuit a***nst me and has a "non-bailable arrest warrant" out for me. So they called from California to let me know. With a robocall. That sounds legal. And totally a true thing that's happening.

Voice message: We are to inform you that there is a lawsuit filed a***nst you by the internal revenue service, and there was a non billable arrest warrant issued under your name so before. We move forward with the lawsuit and the legal allegation contact us as soon as possible on 415-493-0735 (this number).

THEY ARE NOT THE IRS! This is nothing but a scam.
