It's somehow stuck on my phone. I can't make it go away. It acts as though I called and an auto voice asks for a mailbox password. I've turned my phone off twice hoping to clear it, but it's still there.

It's Feb. 7, 2015 and I just got a call from this number at 12:30 pm, 415-497-8896. A 'groggy' young man on the other end said "...mmm, I need your help." and then he ***g up. I checked this number online and it said it was from San Raphael. I'm not answering this call.
