Is calling daily and at all times. This **** needs to be stopped by a law enforcement agency or the fcc who is being paid to regulate phones. the phone is owned by pac bell according to this page

Thanks for the below comments. Received call just now. I did not answer as I did not recognize as anyone I know. Looked up number and found this information. This post is just to let you know that they are still making calls.

Folks, not a telemarketer. Don't be fooled! This is a scam, and one that has been around for several years.... one that the FCC already cited for the exact same violations they are engaged in now. That was back in 2007! Do NOT do any business with these pigs at all. Report them and above all else do NOT give any personal information! These are criminals plain and simple!!!!

I believe this is the same spammer that uses 415-753-0653 as once I blocked that number I s****ed receiving calls from this one, and both came through with identical caller ID's of SNFC CNTRL. The 415-753-0653 is apparently a "spammer about obama utilities savings green jobs B.S." from comments by someone who answered the call from that number.
