i had this same guy call me he said his name was joe brown and he told me the same thing he told you when he told you that what did you tell him.

These people called my phone ten times in one day......The guy had a very thick noticeable middle eastern accent and claimed to be Francis Lopez haha....so i listened to what the so called affidavit said and then when he said it was my turn to talk big joke...I told him that instead of giving him my attorneys info i would have my attorney contact him directly that was the last words that were spoke.Criminals trying to take the hard earned Americans money and extort it.  Lock all the thieves up......God Bless America USMC  Ohh-Rah

"Joe Brown" called me, too. He stated he was with the U.S. Government Department Federal Bureau of Legislation (maybe Investigation...couldn't really understand him.) He also had a thick Middle East accent. He read me a page of supposed charges that had been filed a***nst me. I told him to not call me at work a***n, and if he did I would contact my attorney. He called back 10 times in 15 minutes!!!! Not only did the threaten me with jail, but when I asked him to send me the do***ent he was reading he refused saying that it would only go to my attorney. He THEN told me that the only think he would fax me was a letter of termination for my employer to fill out! He said I had taken a payday loan from cashconnect.com and then refused to pay it. However, the account he said the money went to is a WalMart re-loadable Visa card that can't even be used for payday loans!!! I had a medical procedure to go to and I am glad they didn't take my blood pressure, because it would have been sky high!! I am going to contact the Federal Trade Commission and file a complaint today.

Called my cell and my job! Threaten that I would go to jail. I told them it was illegal to call my job and the person said he would keep calling 100 times a minute. I call the police department. They have called me from several different numbers.

they left a message saying that i should not disreguard the message & i should call them back it is very important but i did not return the call.

They too did this to me and said I took out a payday loan and they had an affadavit for a warrant for my arrest. They told me the only way to take care of this is by paying them 715. I dont know who to call as far as a complaint of this company

A man with a thick Middle Eastern accent, called my job & who claims his name was Joe Brown from the federal government stated that I needed a criminal attorney because today i will be arrested at work or at home for fraud & i need to confirm my information with him.

A man with a thick Middle Eastern accent, who claims his name was Shawn Hawkins, called and said he was from the federal government, and if I didn't confim my social security number with him, he would have F.B.I. agents at my house this morning to arrest me.  Needless to say, I contacted the F.B.I. first thing this morning and reported this.

Called pretending that they represented the Federal Government.  They had apparently ran a Lexis Nexis program because they had all of my personal information.  The purpose of the call was to extort monney
