Scam. Has been calling repeatedly and does not leave a message. Calls at ungodly hours like 3 and 5 am.

the person who answered wanted to know my name so she could check, because the phone number showing on her end was 415-659-9170 I told her that was not my number and I was not going to give out any information about myself, plus I said there is no reason why a credit management company should be calling me

Did not leave a message. When I called back the number was out of order.

Caller ID said American Express, but the voicemail message they left said they were with Allegro, which is not located in San Francisco!

Refused to identify who they unless I confirmed my ID. I refused.

Returned a miss call and they said this number was on their caller id for me????? 415-659-9170 That is not my number so how and why is it on their caller ID

Didn't answer but my caller id says EIS 415-659-9170. With a little research EIS means epidemiological investigative services and has offices in S.F. and Tennessee. Don't know why they would be calling me in Oregon.

Caller ID shows 415-659-9170, no name listed for call to home. The same phone # then calls my cell phone a few minutes later. The caller ID shows EIS as the name this time. Messages are never left. The number calls at different time and different days of the week. Text messages are never left to the cell phone.

They were trying to convince me to upgrade my cable package to add HBO for free for 3 months, but they asked for me by maiden name and my account is in my married name, lol! Dumb*****!

Called asked for me, then had nothing to say. I called back, not a working number.

This number is showing as my home phone number on outgoing calls. I attempted to pay a bill and my name was not appearing on caller ID.

4156599170 calls my land line everyday at 11:05 am. Leaves no voice message.

I returned a call from my home number to a local university, they said while I was on the phone with them, this number showed up as the Caller ID for my call. VOIP through Time Warner Cable. I tried calling the number to see if it was a forward, and the number is disconnected.
