Gary is almost right.i have learned this IS Line2 which uses this number if your call you made through VOIP fails, it will call DIRECT using your cellular line, which in my case ended up being a $40 roaming charge. To avoid this you MUST go in to your Line2 settings and disallow your phone to use this DIRECT service when the call fails.
