Jack Benson called me on my cell phone he had all my personal information. I called the local sheriffs office and gave a Detective the number and the name of the man who called me. The Detective called him back the man claimed that he was a federal agent working on my case and that I had federal charges a***nst me and that Federal government has a lawsuit a***nst me for 3 different counts. The Detective then inquired further and the man ***g up on him. The Detective called him back 3 different times and each time the man who answered claimed the company to be 3 different companies. Jack Benson called an demanded to speak to my attorney. I contacted my attorney and he said it was a scam to c****e all information that i could including my cell #. now this jack benson called and left a message at my work on a sa****ay.

I keep getting called by this group at home and at work.  They claim be from a law office.  Different phone numbers and different names: Mike Anderson, Craig Stevens, Jack Benson, etc., all of whom sound the same.  They have the same threats that I have Federal charges pending and I am about to be arrested.  They will not answer questions.  I am told to get a criminal lawyer at about $10,000 (the scare) and they will answer their questions.  They want to get me to pay to settle this claim if the company will accept the payment at this late date.

I have received numerous calls from a guy from India calling himself Eric Johnson this time, and told me that he needed to pay or else I would be going to jail for warrant for my arrest.  I have not had a s***ding ticket since I was 16 years old.  Please tell me that there wasn't someone out there who believed this for a second. They called me at work and told me that I had to got o court and that I needed to pay $500 or I was going to court on Mnoday annd Tuesday what EVER i TOLD THEM TO NOT CALL ME ANY MORE AND THAT I CALLED THE POLICE AND THEY WERE GOING TO TRACE THE NUMBER AND ARREST THEM FOR HARASSMENT.

Sam Jones called me and inform me that he was attorney of law and that it was a warrent for my arrest that I need attorney.  They had all my information they call me several times back to back harrassing me and asking me a whole lot of questions.  Mr. Jones reading an adviated on the phone.

Trying to get me to pay them 400 dollars by the end of the week and they told me if i didnt they would send a warrant up to PA for my arrest and i would be sitting behind bars for 8 to 21 months. They also said they were an attorneys office/debt collector, they called me a ***** and ***g up on me 3 times. they would not let me speak to a supervisor and they said on the cell phone message good luck on how things unfold on you. It was a call to my cell phone.
