Don't know who it is but the 415 is from San Francisco and not Belvedere

A collection agency indeed, they said they are financial company and I have file with them

This number (415) 691-4877 has called me several times at work and left voice-mail messages.  They just say, "This is Lisa, please give me a call back at 1-800-440-6613.  My direct extension is 3204."This is the debt collection agency, ARS National Services, 201 West Grand Avenue, Escondido, CA 92025.The (415) number is coming from an office in Belvedere, CA.

man says he has my social security number and wants to verify my information.  i immediately ***g up. don't know the number
