This repair shop described to me a repair for my fridge. Made it sound like I needed to have to do professional work for the service. It took the guy less then 5 minutes to do the work… it was really simple work, all he needed to do was tell me to be careful vacuuming the fridge spring and spray a aerosol substance to easily clean the part. He said he was doing it outside the company and when trying to find the shop I called and asked for employee names and was ***g up on. Don’t let them scam you as I could have easily done what he charged me $350 for… , it takes me a week to earn the money he said was saving me money down the road, I really don’t even think my fridge really needed his service he sold me on. I get the feeling that the owners know this type of transactions are sold to their clients. They are scammers! Go somewhere else if you can!!

This person is a heater repairman who charged $4041.75 which included a credit card fee of $141.76, plus another charge for $751.61 without description, to our Company debit card without providing an invoice and a receipt for payment. The charge on the bank account was to OC-Repair while a text message I received about verification listed the names Ron and Mike, and a company called Appliance Servicer's Union. They processed the charge through app.iwallet.com. I want an explanation for the $751.61 charge and and invoice for tax purposes.
