Leave a CommentI wonder if this person is connected to the con man Samuel Pattel who robbed us of a lot of money in Milan, Italy in 2007. According to one of the business networks he was supposed to have gone to Sarasota, FL and c****ed his user name to Daniel Rinnell. If you can, track them down and get the Police to arrest him if it is the same guy.
I have been receiving a lot of calls from this # multiple times a day saying I owe for a payday loan i haven't paid on and if i don't pay I will be arrested. I have a loan but it isn't 800 and some dollars and it isn't do to 2/11/2011. you can't understand what they are saying and they also leave voice mails.
I was called by this number & was told I made a payday loan back in Aug, 2010. They had the Credit Union I deal with & my social security # and told me that the company I borrowed this money from has gone bankrupt and they were calling from the Bureau of Legislation and my lawyer & I had to come to CA to court, never giving a court date, what court we would have to appear or anything that the average company would do if they were filing charges a***nst you. I told him that I wasn't the one, if this is legal I should have received paperwork in the mail a summons or so****ing and then on top of that, this case would be transferred to where I am, I wouldn't have to come to CA. My calls s****ed 12/17 which my first call came from a different number, but I had to fax my info to a Seattle, WA fax number. Yes, I agree with Mukanda, so****ing needs to seriously be done about this. Oh yes, and all the calls I've received each person is a foreigner sounding like a middle eastern person.
This number called me!
I have just been contacted by this group of good for nothing scammers. They called the human resources office of my job and left me a menacing message. They went on to say I owed some amount of money and if I do not send my social and other do***ents I will be arrested and sent to jail. I have received several calls in just couple of minutes by someone called Sam Pattel. I warn that they are terrorizing innocent civilians and so****ing has to be done.
Individuals claiming that they are from a federal agency saying i have criminal charges for supposedly stealing money from banking system, just AFTER I had applied for a PayDay Loan and was declined. I demanded written proof of these absurd charges and told them they will be reported to the police.
