Downloaded app. Won't stop calling

I recently downloaded their app and they're just following up. Left a vm so I'll call them back.

They called three times in three weeks. I do not answer numbers I don't recognize or out of area. SCAMMERS!!!!

I never CALLED THEM!!!

Not spam. Once you download/install their app, they contact you via phone/email. You may not want to be contact, but it is a part of the terms of use.

Not Spam. Personal capital provides financial services to its customers. It's similar to Mint.com but they can help out with decisions re your investments

Personal Capital [personalcapital.com] offers financial advisory services to individuals, drawing information from multiple sources but primarily from their website that provides a free investment tracking service. If you signed up for this service you'll most likely receive a follow-up call, which was explained in the information most of us agree to but don't read at sign-up. So the calls are not necessarily SPAM, they are, in effect, aggreed-upon calls if you signed up for the free investment tracking service.
