UPDATE - I received more calls from this number today, but this time they s****ed in English, saying so****ing like "you have reached the ****ese Conulate in San Francisco ..." then switched ****ese. I don't know what is going on.

I think it’s ****ese left a message cause I don’t understand ... Spammer

Keep getting calls from this number daily (sometimes more than daily). I do not answer and they leave a message in some South East Asian language. Not funny, they must have misplaced their head , (maybe into their **** ) !!

Person called back to back. Voice msg was blank, picked up second call. ****ese (?) Recorded voice.
