yes i got a call from a unknown number stating that i was going to be arrest the next morning if i did not g them 498.33 before morning i was told to call michael carter at 415-952-3898 cz they needed my attorney information to send him the legal action that will e taking a***nst me i was very scare i called my daughter n florida and shealed em and they ***g up the phon hewhen shen was tryng tet information cause i was suppose to call michelle bak in fifteen minutes letting her know if i could pay but i called 911 an they was comig ot to talk with me;

I was told cause of a PAY DAY LOAN when I said I didn't have one she asked if I had ever had one I said no then she just got off the phone I tried to call back 3 times they wouldn't. answer. be careful. don't just give your money to someone without checking it out first

Connie they called me with the same story, at first I got scared but then realized any legal action would be legally notified and not through a phone call.

I got a call from California from a woman saying I was being arrested and a case being brought a***nst me in California. She said I had to have an attorney to represent me and did I have one? I said no why was I being arrested she said to call this attorney and they would tell me. I had to call because the police would be there this evening if they weren't already there. She said to call (415) 891-9356 and Michelle Brown would talk to me. I called and the woman said all the same threats as the first woman although they sounded like the same woman. She said after i asked that I would about $500 now but if I waited with all the court costs attorney fees late penalties and fees it would be over $1000. I was so scared that I said I could pay her tomorrow with my rent money that was all I had! She said I had to pay within 2 hours or go to jail she couldn't stop the case from proceeding and the sheriff already had the arrest warrant. Then after a bit she said she would try to delay but she didn't know if she could do anything to stop it. She said to call her by 9am in the morning on her direct line at (415) 891-9356 and her name was Michelle Brown. I called my local Sheriff and they said it was most likely a scam that no arrest warrants were there. The Sheriff also said a woman called yes****ay crying and very upset with my same story. I was advised by the Sheriff's office to tell this person if they called back that I had contacted the Sheriff and they knew it was a scam and to not call a***n.
