Possible scammer contacted me with this name and was told he lives in Orrville, Ohio. Claimed that the local Western Union money I sent charged him a $15 service fee and wanted me to buy him a $25 One Vanilla GIFT Card for the trouble I caused him. (Western Union has never charged any precipitant a 'service fee'. They only charge the sender for sending the money in the first place.) He would not identify the Western Union location so I could file a complaint a***nst the agent who he claimed charged him. The cell phone number he used was to text me is 415 - 903 - 3342. But the contact info and address he gave as ID is different also from the 'James E. Graham' listed in Orrville, Ohio. He gave me 'James Edwin Graham, 233 West Chestnut St. Orrville, Ohio. 44667 Home phone as '425 - 903 - 3342' (A '425' area code is for the state of Washington.)
