Keeps calling but not leaving a message

Called my number but did not leave a voicemail message

I continue to receive calls from this company stating it is the follow-up to so****ing they say I allegedly purchased. I have not purchased anything, I am unable to understand the broken English these people speak with someone in the background telling them what to say!! I have even ASKED to be recorded in the past, in an effort to make them stop, to no avail. No I am reporting this to you.
