I received a text from 415-992-9838 naming a friend of mine that wanted to share a picture with me, by clicking to get "sync.me" app. Clever Spam Marketing figuring they name some one you know from facebook.
Got the flowing text from this idiot: "Hey Christy, Christian Grass shared a new profile photo with you on Sync ME. Get the free app: http://sync.me/i/wM/Christian-Grass."
I recieved it from a friend it said but not jer number. Deleted
Same spam as above. It came from my Facebook name (fake as to honeypot spam), but I have no friend with that name and my facebook doesn't have my number on it.
I've received two texts from this number telling me that my friends have sent me a pic and click on the link below to view. I'm****uming this is a scam and somehow they get access to your contacts.

Received a text saying my cousin (they knew her name) shared a picture of me then gave me a link to "see it" which i obviously didn't click. Just weird how they knew my name and my cousins name and i'm almost certain i didn't post my number online anywhere. The link was for Sync.Me
