Caller form this number said I won a free cell form form Bell Ca***a.

Hello,I received a call from this number and it was someone from my own company calling me back (they are in the U.S. and I'm in Ca***a). Usually calls from them show up as "Outside Caller" on our work caller ID but 416-350-0978 was listed this time. The number is probably used by a bulk long distance reseller who sells time to other companies, some of which are crank calling telemarketing types.The call I received was legitimate... the issue isn't with the people who own the number, it's with the companies/individuals they sell access to.
