Calls came in at 7:37pm, rang through twice, *****ed up my fax ma****e and call answer.  I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, but on the second call my friend left me a message.  It appears this number is one of the local trunks (Toronto) on which Skype calls come in.  It appears to be an old Bell trunk exc****e (36) which probably would have originally been out of the Adelaide Street CO in Toronto.  It appears Bell may be selling bandwidth on these old trunks to pipe Skype calls into the city.

Called several times a day over the past week.  Never picked up the phone.  Followed by calls from a number that was unkown name/number.

Called a couple of times.  I did not answer.  No message was left.

I received a call from this number -- I believe it was someone using Skype to make a call. Either that or some other discount long-distance provider. The call I received was a legitimate call from someone I wanted to speak with; a guy who is very computer saavy.

I got a call from this number this early morning 1:24am on my cellphone. I did not pick up the phone. This is the first time I got call from this number. I just called back this number minutes ago. It said that this number either disconnected or no longer in services. Let me see what will happen in the next couple of days.

Jay, you are right! It's those two numbers that are constantly calling me and they don't say anything when I pick up. Both numbers are out of service when I call back. What losers! I'm not gonna let it bother me as long as I know it's not an ex-boyfriend harrassing me because that's what I thought at first. These losers can keep calling me for all I care, I just won't pick up. No big deal!

The people who call from 416-360-4084 and 416-251-1335 need to have the s**t kicked out of them.

I've been getting calls from this number on my cell all day long s****ing at 8am until 9pm, once every hour or so.  The caller does not say anything if I pick up and won't leave a message if I don't.  Because they are calling my cell number they are wasting my minutes and my time.  They need to be stopped.  This is short of harrasment!

some kid at my school whose parents have access to/work for a company which use this telemarketing number and they use it to prank call ****ey have for the past 3 yearssometimes they threaten to **** me other times they just joke around

does anyone know what the hill is this number? where it is from? i rceived already 5 calles...i did answer but no ans. on th eother end.

This number called repeatedly at 2am. Grrrrrrr

This number is calling up to 5 times per day, every day of the week but Sunday, and has been doing it for weeks.  I have Caller ID + Name feature, and whenever I get a call that doesn't have a name in the name field, I let it go straight to voicemail.  These guys never leave a message.   I've resurected an old caller id box that I had that had two nice features: 1) Anomymous Call Rejection and 2) Specific Number Rejection.  This number is now programmed in the latter catagory.  Phone rings once, and then the caller id box answers the phone and plays an outgoing (only) message that we are not accepting calls twice and then ****s up.

I kept getting calls from this number but the caller never left messages.  I finally answered when this number showed up and it turned out to be a "courtesy call" from Rogers thanking me for my business and asking if I had any questions about my service.

The surveyer was quite rude and even insulted me by saying i am dim witted when i asked him to slow down i could not understand him.

This appears to be a call center that different companies use to outsource their telemarketing to.  That would explain why you can't call the number back directly and that the people on the call are rude and have no idea what they're talking about.I received about 13 calls in the last 5 days from this number (no messages). I finally answered today and they were representing Reliance Home Comfort trying to upsell a new warranty program.  The only thing you can do is to complain to the company using this call center and hopefully they won't anymore. If you can find out who the call center is, that would be even better...

It looks like they are using 2 different numbers 1. 416-360-4084 and 2. 416-360-1176.  Everytime I pick up, they **** up.  I tried calling back but the message says this number is not****igned.

Got a call from this number this morning. No answer when I picked up and got "not in service' when I called back.

I get about 3 to 4 calls every day from 416-360-4084 and most of the time no response from the other side. Only once there was somebody on the other side identifying himself from ROGERS. Why Rogers should use this shady numbers? It is beyond my comprehension.

got a call form this number today.....say so****ing about "Consumer Credit"....get a better rate so****ing......How can I stop this kind of call....I don't even have a credit card....

Got a call from this number at midnight!  My call answer recorder fax tones...so it was a fax trying to get through.  I think the solution to all this nonsense is to get one of those call block ma****es where you can program these ****** numbers in - -and the calls never get through....never ring....never frustrate you. :-)

Received call at 10:30 PM.Individual - male - asked if one could talk other languages. Insisted on talking with insignificant statements and several pauses to see one's reaction on the phone.Seemed to be a disturbed or ***** individual trying to make a joke or to have company.Asked not to call a***n or would report to authorities.

A fellow named Vic called from this number and claimed to have left a message yes****ay, to which I called him out on it since I do not own an answering ma****e nor could my fish have taken a phone message since I haven't taught him that trick yet.

Call received from this number on my cell phone, did not answer.  Just before and just after there were calls from unknown numbers, which usually call my cell phone around 8am.

Caller (man) said I had won a prize package and I should go to Woodbridge to pick it up. The prize was from a ballot filled out in June 2007, did I remember filling it out for RCA, it's a big company, I must have heard of it. I asked why I would go to Woodbridge just because some guy phones - he claims to be Robert Fiddleton (sp?!), President of the company, phoning long distance from Buffalo (duh - my call display said 416-360-4084) and there was obvious noise of a call centre in the background. I don't own anything made my RCA, duh...***g up on him.

No reply from caller, returned call after 2 attempts the number went out of service.

A young male voice claiming he was from Geo Holiday's, called from this number.   I asked if I could call him back, and he offered me two different numbers than what had shown up on my call display.   When I asked him more questions regarding the prize etc, he told me I had to come to a "meeting", which would be a brief 45min.  I get so annoyed by these telemarketers!
