i would be worried i got sued by this company its a legitimate firm

i got a call from this number states is a legal representive for collection agency did research and is legitimate, I owed money to a credit card and now after me to sue possibly i am doing all i can to pay my debt know, this person is supposed to be serious.

Sounds like a scam/phisher to me. CDV services they called themselves. I called them back because they left an encryptic message on my mother's phone. When confronted about why they made the call, they conveniently answered that they could not provide me information because I wasn't the person in question. When I then inquired about what they do in general, I got the run-around and never got a straight answer.

I got a phone call and a voice message from this number asking me to call Sheryl ASAP. I don't even know what this number represent or from what company this call comes from.
