Time: 6:05PM PSTCall from this number and then a ****up. I call back and it is a voice prompt from Optima Communications International on behalf of Scotia Bank. with an option to leave a message. Sweet!!

I just got a call form this number, but didnt answer it. I have a private phone number, and its a cell. The strange part is, I have nor have I ever had dealings with Scotia Bank..?

I got a call from this number as welland was unable to leave a msg...coming from a company called Optima (I think)that handles Scotia Life Insurance...It's been 3-4 days in a row now It's extremely annoying...I despise theautomated systems

Yep scotia bank - I'm on the do not call list so why should I endure  calls from a contracted company?  Drives me nuts!  LOLthe blessing is I have rogers and can hit a ****on on my tv remote to send it to VM :-)

I keep getting calls from this number everyday and everytime my ma****e picks up ***ody leaves a message ever and it's s****ing to tick me off so if anybody knows where this is coming from I would appreciate it if you could tell me.

Got the call today. Guy did not*****ounce my name correctly and had a thick East Indian accent. Couldn't understand him and when I told him I had asked not to be called by Scotia in the past, he ***g up on me. Scotiabank = poor customer service in this regard. I have a small rainy day account with them and I am closing it now.

I'm on Vonage (VoIP), but the number shows up as: 011 416 581 8725, 011 is over seas, so it's probably India phoning on behalf of Scotia Bank, who I told (then screamed) to stop calling me.  They've not.FYI: Most telemarketing calls are computer dialled.  If the computer detects someone on the other end, it alerts the telemarketer to pick up his end, they found a live one!  Thats how this one works, that's why it s****ed ringing when I picked up.When I see ANY number call back without leaving a message, i just lift the receiver and **** it up immediately without even listening.

THIS NUMBER IS REALLY ANNOYING! IT CALLS ME BASICALLY EVERYDAY AND I CANT GET RID OF IT!

They just called back - this time it looked like a real 416 number not like my previous comment.  When I answered, on their end the phone s****ed to ring like I was calling them, so I ***g up.  Telemarketing i*****ting a new low if they can't even bother to be on the phone when they call you.Scotiabank, shame on you.

I got 2 calls form this number...i missed the call...tried to call it back and all it does is **** up on you.I have already told Scotia no for the life insurance months ago :S GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!
