I called the number back -- it is a recording for company called Recycling Matters in support of The Children's Wish Foundation, and there is an option to have your name removed....Hope it works.

They are a pain in the a**. They "always seem to be in the area".

It's a thinly disguised scam. A tiny fraction of the proceeds goes to cahrity. Any genuine cahrity would be happy to leave a message.
