If you check the BBB in Ca***a it says that this company is NOT accredited with the BBB but has a history of violating the BBB policy and indicating that they are with the BBB. The Better Business Bureau has refused them accreditation because of poor service, low quality products and refusal to respond to complaints.Buyer beware - if they fraudulently say they are with the BBB, how good can their product be??????What I do is make about 20 copies of their own fax – and any other I receive – and fax it back to them. Just make sure you program your fax not to show your fax number. I just sent 60 faxes their way today!!!

The fax is sent by Mass-Media inc105 - 13321 Yonge StreetRichmond Hill, ONtario,L4E 0K5If you call the number to remove your fax number, they will innandate you wil more junk faxes. I have filed a complaint with the CRTC a***nst Ca***ian windows aka Window City as well as Mass-Media Inc. They have both been warned by CRTC to halt fax distribution, but ignored the warning. Next step in a fine, so I am resending my complaint.DO NOT CONSIDER USING THESE GUYS

This is a company seeling VERY low grade windows. I checked with the BBB as they have their logo prominently displayed on their flyer and they have been removed from the BBB due to poor business practices and numerous customer complaints. Apparently they they been sued on numerous occasions due to shoddy work and damage to personal property - i.e. a window fell out and landed on a car.DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THEM

No business address, no website, no clear description of what they offer...... very su****ious behavior. So I caution ANYBODY to answer a person or company who does "business" like that..... Must be a scam!!!

Maybe Ca***ian Windows is legit company however they should check the oter one before giving them their business over a year ago as post about them are just keep coming. Maybe I should get some and replace the one which we have in high rise office downtown Toronto as this is where fax was sent. The number provided by Iristel Inc. based in Markham, ON. Executive officer is Michael Gurr (tel.: 416-800-4747) It looks like that company providing a lot of its services to spammers, or, maybe, spammers themselves. I am going to report it to the Police anyway.
