They called me to ask if I had made a purchase on my visa at 4 am this morning (the call came at 6 am) when I asked who they were and what he was calling about he said visa fraud centre, wanted me to give him visa number to verify, I asked him to call back. He ***g up, I guess he hasn't had time to call a***n?!

when I answered I heard a ring tone and then out disconnected. I am a Scotia bank customer.

They're trying to sell life insurance in a very thick accent.

Received a call when I took the call it s****ed ringing, odd!! Some one on the other end said only my name. No*****o or I'm calling on the behalf of ??? Just my name. I ***g up.

this is not a telemarketer. this is scotia bank loan center. if you owe them money they will call you from this number

I dont want any calls from this number a***n. Why are they harrasing people at random? Im with scotiabank since 1999, If I need so****ing Ill do it myself, so stop calling me for your ****** offers.

I answer they **** up.  weird... from all the people commenting that it has so****ing to do with scotiabank, I'm a little sketched out. =/

Scotia Bank, thay call several times a day. When I do answer, ***ody there, makes me wonder why they even bother calling since they don`t wish to speak to me. F them!

I just recieved another call from this number. They are calling about every 10 days, always before 5PM.

Got a call from this number, but I knew it was no one that I knew because they couldn't*****ounce my name correctly when they asked for me.  And my name is a WASP name that is very easy to*****ounce.... so I ***g up on the female that asked for me as soon as I heard her mispronounce my name.  Interesting that the other persons getting calls from this number have already determined that it is a FRAUD call regarding Scotiabank insurance.

Calls every other day, shown as UNKNOWN caller, never leave message either  I don't answer # if I don't recognize.Thx "Scotiabank customer " let me know it is a FRAUD!!!!!

THEY ARE NOT I repeat NOT with Scotiabank!  I spoke to head office and I spoke to my ***nch and SCOTIABANK clearly stated This compnay is a FRAUD! Do NOT give them any personal information! This is the new fraud tatic that these scammers are using to try and ***n access to your account!  They got your card number and they trying to access your account to steal your money!

They just called me and its Feb/2011.  It would have cost me air time to sell me stuff???
