I called this company in the Uk and got an answering company.  I was told that they would cancel the order, but the charges have shown up on my credit card.How horrible that people do this.  I will do everything to get my money back.Y9F4

Someone charged my credit card called NATUREBERRY and then this number. I NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING with them. No idea where they got my credit information from. The case is with my lawyer now.

My wife and I were both scammed  instead of the $3.95 Ca***ian shipping charges we were charged $6.54 the two weeks later $133.38 all times 2 for a total of $279.84 for each of us for a total of $559.68. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM  If the CIBC VISA Credit Card Company does not reverse my charges I will cancel my card with them. I have a $35,000 limit (not that I use it) Put the pressure on your credit card company to reverse the charges ... They are the ones that will have to get after VISA International who is accepting the transactions... And yes Visa is making their money off of the sales..

I placed a FREE TRIAL order only, then charged £3.59 regard delivery, then 2 weeks later another £74.10 was taken from my account. I have not placed and not received any more acai berry capsules, and cannot contact them in any way. I will now have to cancell my card.

They have no live person I have called many times now I will try to cancel my charges at the bank.

I had the same experiences with this company I have called the number and I could not get a hold of just a recorder. They scamming a lot of people out of their money

I've accepted the free trial online,the S&H was all i had to pay,$3.95 but $119.02(£ 74.10)was debited from my account. I have not confirmed any other order therefore and I don't want absolutly way to receive your products any more. Actually I've not receive the tablets.How do i get my money back and cancel this??The reference on my bank statement said natureberry and 416 900 1137 number,i was going to call tomorrow,please help!!

what a terrible experience!!  just like everyone, this natureberry charged my visa without any approval.  No matter how good their product, right away this business manner turn me away.  I have reported to Visa ....I am going to call tomorrow and ask them to credit it back.  I am also going to contact Vancouver Police.  That should consider as a frad transaction

I have just been scamed.  Signed up for to get the free trial for the prodoct for a total of £3.71 only.  End of the month I get a £150 debited from my account.  This is a scam.  Please be aware.  Cant believe I have been scamed.  I hope to take them to court.! If anyone knows how to contact them, please let me know.

i did not order this nature berry product but somehow they got my visa information and took 131.80 dollars from my account in ca***ian funds once it got converted over from the us funds. iam going to my bank in the am and peporting a fraud claim a***nest this company.

A very careful reading of the "Terms and Conditions" on viv3.com's website indicates a de****able "negative" marketing effort by this company.  I have therefore, cancelled my credit card effective immediately and will engage legal counsel if necessary.

This charge is completely bogus.  Do not send in your credit card information to any acai berry website.  www.viv3.com is a scam.

I have had this appear on my statement today as well, what can I do, money is tight at the moment and a £70 debit is the last thing I need

this is obviously a hoax that charges your credit card for products not ordered i have reported it to the fraud department

Number showed up with "Natureberry" order on Visa statment.  Did not place this order.
