Who Called: Foreign cold call claiming to be calling in behalf of Medicare (liar)

Overseas call center w/heavy accents They call on health ins., Medicare scams, vehicle warranty, accident/medical claims, internet svc., debt refi/payday loan, etc. They have now called me 352 times since August & I put one on YouTube: https://youtu.be/uPz6uaHMG9E . Companies caught: One Digital of Chicago, IL (312-756-8874), Clear Link of D****r, UT (801-424-0018).
