It is a call verification banks use if you are using your cell or logging in from another computer to check your banking account balance or records. Not a scam

It is an automated bank verification call for two factor identity. When logging into your online bank account and choose call instead of text for verification, this number will call and provide the verification code.

Could this be a cold call from a First Citizen Bank agent--or, Harris & Harris collections?
