Trying to con you into buying timeshares in ***nson missouri , actually yelling on phone after I said no.
Keeps calling me, I just reject their calls.
When I called back it just beeped like a disconnected line.
Calling me often... I don't answer . Have no idea where they got my number !
These **** people won't leave me alone. And I did not sign up for anything. Make it a policy not too.
Called, left no message. But I will answer when I can ang give them some **** they will never forget
Offering discounted trips to ***nson. SPAMMER!
I am going to visit ***nson soon, and left some info on a ***nson visitors information website. Then I s****ed getting these calls.
Call late and early! Don't answer!
Do not answer
Funny, my husband and I stopped at a kiosk to look at a car they were having a 'drawing' for. I told my husband it was a rip off and they trade or sell ur info to other companies. The lady accepting the slips very rudely told me I needed tj do my homework..they didn't do any such thing. I didn't fill out my slip..husband did...now I'm endlessly getting phone calls from this number. Still don't understand why he didn't believe me...now he knows..lol
This # keeps calling me and I answered it out of my sleep. He talked about a 90% off ***nson get-a-way. I told him I'd have to talk to my husband when he gets home. I told him I'd call him back, he was persistent on saying he would call me back and wanted to know how long til my husband gets home. I'm glad I looked up this # on here. I guess I should s**** reading the "too" small print. I don't ever give out my credit card # over the phone. He kept offering free & discounted stuff when I sounded uninterested. Scam!
I'll be sure to do just that ASAP as they are calling in the later evening and that's just unacceptable.
They've called me three times today. I've not signed up for any such contest as the ones mentioned in the comments below. If the calls don't stop I'll be making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I suggest every one of you do the same.
My wife and I was at the Covered Bridge festivale in Indiana and there was a car that you could sign up to win. S****ing on Jan 10th we both s**** getting these phone calls about winning a trip for 80% off with all kinds of percks. It sounded good so I gave my wife our credidt card number and the person on the phone wrote it down wrong. After some consideration my wife and I decided going on a trip this year just wont work out. When they called up a***n telling us our card was invaled we told them thats ok because its just not going to work out for us and sorry we couldnt go thought with it. After we ***g up the same person called the house 5 more times that day and it continued on the next day. Call after call after call they had one of their managers call me and she was rude and tried to cheet them. She the manager asked if we were christians and i told her yes and then she proceded to call us lieing hypocrites. So im putting this on here to tell everyone please be carfull if you s**** getting calls from these people.
tries to get you to sit through a seminar for a free vacation offer
They call up to 4 times a day,, pressure you into thinking you have to pay for this package and you have like 3 hours to do it, or you lose the deal.. funny if I didn't do it the first time in the 3 hours, why do they continue to keep calling?? apparently it must be like every 3 hours. I don't like the high pressure sales. I wonder how long they will call if i never answer the phone a***n. I didn't even sign up for the **** car, my kid did. But this will make me read all the details if I ever sign up for so****ing, no one gives away a car without some attachment. I have to figure the only ones who win it are those who give up their credit card.
regestered @ a car show to win a car. they called to tell me i was a finialist but turned out to be a scam. they are selling time shares. its sad they lie & trick you get your money, 30 days later the packet arrives says you had 72 hours to cancell so they get your money.to the people who work for these people i ask you how do you live with yourself knowing you are doing this to honest working people like yourself shame on you!judgement day is coming
They have called repeatedly for 2 1/2 months. I called and picked option 3 (I believe) to have my number removed. They said it would take 30 days for them to stop calling, but it has been at least 2 months since then. They call at various hours throughout the day.
If it's smells like a scam, acts like a scam, it is a scam...close enough for me...stop calling!
caller calls but leaves no message calls twice a day usually
This is not a scam. The car or cash is given away every year. You can receive a list of winners by writing a letter of request to Summerwinds Resorts 3179 N Gretna Rd ***nson, MO 65616Yes, we are a timeshare company and YES, we do offer legitimate DISCOUNT vacations to ***nson.
They call several times a week, but I don't answer the call because I have call ID and figure it is a telemarketer.
signed up for mini cooper. got a call we were in the finals for it. All we had to do is come to ***nson and take a 90 minute ifo class. They wanted $139.00 0ver the phone right now to cover taxes for the free stay. I asked the girl for a # where I could call back after I talked to my husband. That scared her & she put on her "supervisor." He s****ed with the hard sell and promising me all sorts of bonus stuff. I continued to aske for a # to call & he said there wasn't one. I told him to forget the whole deal, take my name off of the mini cooper list. He said," Next time, don 't enter your name at any of our booths" and huing up. I dialed back the # that showed up on my phone and guess what, I got the company headquaters.!!!!! RIP OFF BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!
I did the same as the others. I signed up to win a car at a mall. I missed their first 8 calls, but finally answered the ninth. They told me I won the preliminary drawing for the car and asked to correct my information. I did, and then looked up the number online because I forgot the name of the company that was "giving away the car." I found this. Don't give them any information. It is a scam, using local "giveaways" to get your information.
they call and **** up on my voicemail everyday and don't leave a message
Selling time shares. If you went to a state fair and signed up to win a trip/car etc. they call you. It's in the fine print, which I did not read. Obnoxious.
we are on the no call list. They need to stop calling.
THEY CALLZ AND CALLZ KICK EM OUTTERZ
Same as others - signed a win-a-car card; they have called approximately 50 times. I answered the phone once and told them I had no money to purchase or even to get to ***nson to enjoy the benefits of 'free' lodging. He rather rudely asked me how I would be able to afford to come to ***nson to pick up the car if I won it. That was over two weeks ago and they still call 4 to 10 times a day and let the phone ring for more than 20 times before it times out.
DO NOT CALL
been getting calls from this number randomly for the last 4 weeks. this is ****ing me the***** off.
Like others, I signed up for a chance to win a Mini-Cooper. They are very persistant and call several times a day.
Keeps calling and doesn't leave a message. Called already 3 times today!
This number calls my cell phone with a nasty persistence. Please quit!!!!
this number keeps calling my mom's cell and it is driving us all nuts....does anyone else wants to kick them in head for calling so much? i mean if someone doesn't answer their phone the first 2-3 times ya need to stop calling...these people are aanoying and got some kind of issue!
I also received two calls within a few minutes of each other. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.
Just won't stop calling me, they even call at obscure times past 9pm.
Claimed I won a trip to ***nson but really they're selling time shares in ***nson. Was rude when I said I wasn't interested.
Who is calling me thru my cell phone? I am hearing impaired and did not answer the caller.
Caller ID - Summer Winds Resort. Selling Time Shares in ***nson.
I have recieved numerous phone calls from this number and some happened at 1:30 am!!! NOT HAPPY with two young children.
number keeps calling not leaving messages, No one there when answered. call 3-4 times day
Went to a sports show and was asked to fill out a card to win a car. Then the call comes saying that I was a finalist so I was offered a deeply discounted vacation. After about 10 minutes I was asked for my debit card number. I was busy at the time and asked for a phone number to call them back and I was ***g up on. Thank God for caller ID. Called back 1-417-339-1260 only to get recording and left a message asking to be removed from call list.
Multiple calls, never leaves message to identify who they are, latest call came at 9:45PM! I thought telemarketers weren't supposed to call that late.
??
these calls are to frequent and annoying
It is a joke from scammers that I would love to just F up their lifes.
is this a joke whose number is it
this summerwinds is a time share place. they do all kinds of drawings to get leads. pay attention when u sign up. when you sign the fine print gives permission for them to call no matter your registry on the do not call list.
This telemarketer called me about this free vaction to Summerwind resort in ***nson, Missouri and said I had won since I signed up for this giveaway at the super market. I went through the motions since the offer seemed to be to good to be true and at the end they gave me a number to call back. When I called the number back it sounded like a cell phone answering ma****e ( you know how Cingular wireless answering ma****es sound!) I left a message and no one has called back! what do you think? Rip off or what? Im thinking scam!
Summerwinds. That is the name. I did not submit for any type of contests. So, I would consider this a SCAM! I left a message to them that my cell phone and home phone are on the DO NOT CALL list.
Signed up for a car and didnt read the VERY VERY small print call at least 4 times a day.
This number called fives times in one day. I don't answer it because I don't know the number and they never leave a message.
Calls s****ed after getting home from ***nson,Missouri. We had signed up for the give away of the mini -cooper. Didn't read the fine print at the bottom. Timeshare resort offer.
this number has been calling me for 2 weeks. i havent answered cuz they never leave a message.
They've apparently c****ed their name to Summerwind resorts as that's what appears in the caller ID now. Timeshare deal.
We're SUPPOSED to be on the DO NOT CALL list. However, at 6:45 p.m. we had a call try to come through on our cell. Typically, we don't answer numbers that we don't recognize. Figure if it's important they'll leave a message. I'm glad to find out that once a***n this is just another one of those "sales pitches/scams". I don't like to use up my valuable minutes on people I don't even want to talk to.
this dude keeps calling me. should i answer it?
This Company has called me everyday twice a day for the past two weeks... quite annoying even though I am obviously not interested.
this is a legitimate company - a mini cooper or cash is given away every year. also as stated on the entry form, you will be contacted for discount vacation offers
This call came from a guy saying he represents Summerwinds. He said my name was in a drawing for a MiniCooper and we had reached the semifinals. He then preceeded to try and sell me so****ing. I did actually fill out a drawing sheet for a minicooper. Highly doubtful anything will come of it.
I received two calls from this number on my cell within a few minutes of each other. Immediately after they called my house twice. Definitely weird.
