Called me work cell phone.Did not pick up. Did not leave a message

Called me telling me that I was being offered a promotional vacation to Cocoa Beach, where I have family, that I only had to give them my information and CC number. They asked if I was in bankruptcy and if I made more than 50k a year. Told them I couldn't do it, financially, they escalated me to someone. Mentioned my wife by her last name - however it was completely wrong. She is not, nor has ever been, Smith. Total spam.

Talked for awhile to several people (apparently escalating to approve better deals). Finally got down to basically a free stay if I give them my CC number on the spot, refund to come later. I would just like to know if it really came from IHG or if someone hacked their database. I told them an email proving the rebate would have to come first, but they said transaction had to happen on the phone first. Very fishy!

Didn't answer. No message left. Phone spam for sure.

Caller said he was with Holiday Inn Vacations and had a very good offer, I said he got me at a bad time and the caller continued by ignoring what I said, then I said call me back later, he insisted I commit to this one time offer now, I said no thanks, he continued talking and I ***g up.

I never answer unknown numbers as I figure if the call is important, the caller will leave me a voicemail and I can return the call. Nine times out of ten, unfamiliar numbers never leave voicemails and this one was no exception. Judging from what others have said, I'm glad I didn't answer my phone. I'm getting very weary of receiving spam calls on my phone. There are so many these days.

Apparently HolidayInn Gold Member Service who wanted to give me some free nights and other ********. I'm Gold member at the IC Hotel Group and was wondering if the caller was really from HolidayInn. It would be sad, if they bother their Gold members with calls like these...

Really aggressive callers. The girl I was talking to was nice enough but when I didn't want to give my credit card details (right?!), she escalated the call to her boss who was impolite and a total *******. I explained that I wanted to get off the phone since I was on a bus and he kept on. Offered me a complimentary stay at a hotel for 4 people for 3 nights if I would give him my cc details. They called my number and knew my name which was EXTREMELY creepy. They said they were Holiday Inn Vacation so****ing. I ***g up immediately.

Just got woken up by a very rude lady who said she was with Hoilday Inn and wanted to give me a 3 day stay somewhere. I said no thanks and she kept right on talking, not letting me get a word in edgewise. I finally yelled "I'm not interested and you're using up my minutes!" to which she replied "Well you answered the phone!" yeah I did and now I'm ****ing up in your face *****!
