I'm on the 'Do Not Call' list. Can this telemarketer be prosecuted for this practice? Did not leave voice mail, and I did not answer due to not recognizing the #.

This is a spam caller from GMC Vacations on behalf of Wingate by Wyndham hotels. .I missed a call from them and no voice mail was left so I immediately returned the call and was greeted by "Hello and thank you for returning our missed call to you, how can i****ist you" I was like um yea first you can tell me who you are and then they went straight for their pitch in trying to trick you into a complimentary vacation as their appreciation for staying at one of their hotels. I cut them off told them to remove me from their call list and ***g up. I am now resear****g how to get Wyndam to stop spamming my cell phone out to the whole world :)

Vacation Resorts. GNC Vacations? I stayed at a Wingate and they used my number to spam me. What the heck Windgate? I asked to be put on no callback list.... they just called me back. tools

Just called claiming to be looking for someone else that supposedly had given them my number back in April (I have had this number for roughly 10 years).

SPAM calls - call, do not leave messages, when trying to call back...says phone number is not in service. Want to file harassment charges.
