They more than likely either got her info from online surveys if she takes any or through her own bank.

Yeah they knew my name as well as some other information about me that's why i****umed they were actually part of my bank, TCF, at first.  NEVER give out your card # cuz i've already been charged $40 after only about 2 hours after the call lol

This number keeps calling my teenage daughter. There are about 7 different calls each day coming in. Anyone know how they got her name and number? This is ridiculous.

Yea I try to call back and it goes straight to like the phone is no longer connected or so****ing

They just keep ****ing up on me!! guess they realize Im too broke to bother but still them not calling would be nice.. eitherway I reported the number due to the fact tha I am on the do no call list and its harrassment especially since Im getting the calls from different states doing the same thing with the same error message when I return the calls.. CALL IN THE FEDS FOR FRAUD!!

They called me and knew my name did they know your name?

It was a magazine sale but they'll more than likely pose as part of your bank first to get your card# Not sure if it's legit at all but i immediately called my bank and canceled my card.  The lady said her name was "Jackie" and then she transferred me to her superior named "Rob Tallow".  They'll charge you big time if you're not careful.
