Caller said he's from an alarm company on a recorded line, then asks, "Can you hear me?" Our local news and BBB have identified this type of conversation as spam. They record your "Yes" reply, then send you a bill for a service which you did not order, but since they have your recorded "yes" they use that as proof that you ordered their product, and people have had trouble getting out of it.

They called me at 10:04 on 3-6-15 and no message was left

This number called me at 9:53am on 9-8-2014 and left no message.
