back-to back calls -- no message -- Thought it was illegal to robo call cell phones. Tried calling back on land-line. the number does not work

They called and I didn't answer. They left no voicemail. I tried calling the ***ber back and it said it was not a working number. How odd...

They claim to be calling about a credit card that was expiring soon.

I did not recognize the number so didn't answer. No message was left.

My cell rang twice; **** up then rang twice a***n and ***g up a***n. All in the ****e of 15 seconds. Unlike landlines it is simply illegal to robo call cell phones. The punishment is $500 per incident. Do the math... if the robo calls 10,000 cell phone users gets pretty hefty! Now to find w***ver the lawyer is that makes a living doing this. I don't want a penny, I just want to be left alone!
