I don't know if this is a scam or not but had email contact with this person regarding a house for rent in Fresno ca was su****ious though because first of all he was living out of state and then when we drove by to take a look at the home there was no for rent sign only a for sale sign. When we contacted the real estate co. They said the house was not for rent and had never been.
