Called the number back, recording noted that the number is no longer in service...it was only seconds after the number called me

number keeps calling my cell, leaves no voice mail...

Number 419-481-8005 came up. at bottom its said Int. Number.  When I answered I heard no sounds.  After about 5-10 seconds the screen went to 00-00 which means the caller ***g up.  When I called it I got a high volume busy signal.

Indian man on the phone talking about some membership for a low cost.  SCAM!  I also tried calling seconds after ****ing up, and the recording said it was out of service.

I also just received a call from this number, but when I call it back, the line has been disconnected.

Called my cell number and when I answered it was a computer telling me it was my final notice to get lower intrest rates on my account. To press 1 to get an account representative or 2 to discontinue further notices.
