Call back right away, blah blah. Called 4 times in one hour.

Phone never rang, went straight to voicemail. It was a recorded message stating I would be better served by calling back to talk to a live representative about an urgent and time sensitive issue. No details about anything specific. I received 2 identical messages within 8 minutes of each other.

State this is an urgent call, vitally important, and that you should call the number on your caller ID to get an agent to help you. Gave no iden***y whatsoever as to who they are; only instructions to call them.
