I received two calls from this number on my cell phone. I did not answer and they did not leave a message. I think it is from a bill collection company calling to see if someone will answer the phone thus indicating the number is operational. The reason why I feel this way is because I have an on going battle with a collection company or companies. Apparently the person who had this cell phone number before me owes money to somebody. I got into a "debate" with one of the callers and have subsequently put the bill collectors phone numbers in my contact list and identified each one with a name Bill Collector, Bill Collectors, Bill Collect etc. I then set their ring tones on no ring tone so I never hear the call. I do it just to **** em off, but now I am collecting all these Bill Collect contacts. So I think this number is just a guise to catch someone off guard.

caller never says anything or leaves a message. Try to call back and the phone is always busy or someone answers or doesn't say anything.
