Caller Name: Pet Police? Person sell dachshund puppies. When he gets the money transferred, he never shows and give a story that the pet police stopped him and puppy was confiscated. And says $200 fine has to be paid to get puppy back from police after getting $300 you already paid her. Pet police barely speaks English going along with his story about puppy.
