419-982-2453 Said it was a collect call from an Ashland county jail inmate that I would have to pay for with my credit/debit card. It said the collect call was from my friend who is in that jail and they had the recording of my friend saying his name like normal. Don't know what to think about this one because this phone number is different than the usual one the inmates call from.

This number is for a company named Capital Accounts Collections. When you answer they don't Identify themselves of the company the represent. The a very bad collection agency to deal with
