Yes****ay I received a call from 423-427-3686. I did not answer it as I did not recognize the number. The caller left a voicemail message. The message said "Before we begin with the legal proceedings that is 423-427-3686." This did not make sense. The caller did not mention who was calling, no person's name or business name, nor any information on what the so-called legal proceedings were about. I believe it was a scam call.
