I kept getting harassing phone calls after getting a new number. The new number was only a texting phone number (I got it through a free texting application on the iPhone) so there isn't even a voice line****ociated with the number, but that didn't stop citibank from calling it over 10 times per day.Called to have the calls stopped, told them I wasn't the person they were looking for. Lady on the phone gave me a slight at***ude about being upset over the calls, because if I had only picked up the call, I could have dealt with it earlier. So it is my fault they were calling this phone number 10 times per day?The account was for of home depot credit card.

these people keep calling me regarding money due but do not review the notes from the previous person I have spoken with. It gets annoying explaining myself over and over a***n. Get your act together then call me.

debt consolidation company calls 5 times a day and says I contacted them about debt consolidation

I have been getting phone calls from this number 3 times a day for the last two days. I do not know who they are so I don't pick up the phone if I don't know this number. I am on the do not call list with my cell phone and I still get these phone calls.

Got a new cell phone and have been getting calls 3-4 times daily since the first day.  I even answered and told a human being that the phone was ***nd new and they are calling the wrong person.  Citibank credit was the number when I tried calling them.  i cannot get to a person because I do not have an account.  Wish I could get this to stop!!!!!!

Why can't these calls be stopped???? I have read all of the complaints and I have the same problem. STOP THEM PLEASE

2-3 calls a day all times of the day between 7:45am and 8:45pm. They never leave a message and you can tell it is a computer....no one on the line when you 1st pick up.

Called cell phone 3 times in one day. noon, 6:00pm, 8:00pm leaves no message

This unknown caller has called me every day for a few days now. Fake Home Depot department huh? Scary! Watch out ya'll.

I have received a telephone call twice early on a Sa****ay monring. Surprisingly,when I called back I was speaking to someone with an Indian accent who wanted to know my credit card number. I told them I had no CC with Home Depot and if they were my CC holder, they should have my information anyway. I told them I had reas doaens of complaints about this being a scam and told them I would file a complaint. He could not **** up fast enough.

I do not answer calls that display as "unkown", "unavailable" or "blocked"...for obviously reasons. I receive calls from this number several times of day and never a message advising who is calling or what the call in in regard to.

Called and asked for someone who I do not know... this has been my number for over 10 yrs now. When I said they had the wrong number, they asked if I knew anyone by the name of w***ver they asked for. A***n I said no, they have the wrong number. They repeated my number to me and asked if that is what they dialed - I told them it was and they apologized and said they would not call a***n.

Its a debt collector that masks their number. As of today the number is for citigroup or so****ing, but the caller id number can easily be c****ed.

It's Home Depot. They called me the day after Christmas at 8:04 am because my payment was one day late. I forgot to post it. Do they need my $20 that bad? Do they think calling people will make a difference? Also, creditors call to tell you that you didn't pay. Do we not know that? Do they think their call will make you pay if you can't? No, it won't. They call on Sunday morning during church time also. Get a life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3-8 calls per day. voice mail. i called from a separate number to ask for removal of calling list and they asked for additional details which i would not provide for safety reasons. i asked to speak with a supervisor and was cut off. they say they are Citi / Home Depot about my account. I do not have a citi, nor a home depot account.

If you refuse to answer their questions until they tell you who they are, they ignore you asking them who they are and repeat themselves. If you ignore their call, they **** up when they get your voicemail or leave a voicemail that says: "hello.*****o.*****o?" and then **** up. They even s****ed calling other members of my family that I don't even live with and they do the same thing to them. They ignored my family's requests to never be called a***n at that number. The number they called that was my family members was never even on my account. So obviously they are going through the phonebook of so****ing. I'm****uming all of this because I was literally a couple days late on a f-ing payment.... I am guessing, because I STILL don't know who this was harassing me.

Called at 8:10PM my time, which is illegal. Filing a complaint with the BBB.

This caller calls at least 10 Times a day, sometimes the call is unknown # and sometimes it is a unknown # and sometimes it is the 423 #. I have gotten so we do not answer but it is very annoying. We would like it stopped. Thak you 0122

I get 3 or 4 calls all times of the day and night and early on a Sunday morning from this number: 423-477-6983. They never leave a message. One time I answered out of curiosity and they were looking for someone who does not live here; even after I told them that they still keep calling. It is so aggravating. I work a 12-hour day so my rest is important, which I cannot get if they keep calling and calling at all hours.

i am getting calls on my cell daily s****ing at 5:15am...and lasting thoughout the day...i just got a cell phone 3 months ago...only took about 3 weeks before the calls s****ed! approx. 12 calls a day! i finally called my cell's customer care dept., who told me they couldn't block the # due to the model of my phone, which doesn't have that feature -or- i could c****e my #, which i don't want to do, either...so, i feel helpless at this point!! should i just be pro-active and answer the **** call next time they call, and just tell them to stop calling?? would the calls stop??

This number call my new cell phone non stop.  Found this and called them and they say it will be removed with-in 24 hours.  Home Depot/Citibank.  Very polite and professional when I called.

They are relentless. They call periodically and without leaving messages, so I have no idea who it is for sure. They call about 5-6 times a day while I'm at work and the one time I was there it was about 9pon a Sunday and they called, waking my son up, and then left a message saying that their office is only open between 8a-5p M-F. Today is June 1st, My Home Depot Account is not even due until June 4th and I have received 24 calls in the last 3 days. I did not know who was calling until i looked the number up on the web. This is totally ridiculous and needs to stop. It s****s at 8 am and ends at 9 pm even Sa****ay and Sunday. I do not answer and have ignored the calls but it is annoying. The writer that stated go to The National Do Not Call registry and block your number.....IT DOES NOT WORK. They still call. I am not making a call to anyone when my payment is not even due and this **** s****s.

Calls ALL the time!!!!  Early morning, afternoon, evening!!! Automated message, no way to talk to a REAL person.  I called Home Depot Credit Card department in Atlanta and filed a complaint. This company has my phone number on someone elses account.  I DO NOT have an account with Home Depot.  Never have, never will.  And I will NEVER shop at their stores a***n.  They're handling of this issue is pretty sleezy!

Six to seven times a day the phone rings with a call from this "scavenger" debt collector. What comes on is an automated message telling me my Home Depot payment is past due. I don't even have an account with HD!! And now I don't want ONE! How embarassing for Kingsport, TN, that these "bottom feeder" businesses are the best they can pull in for their citizens.

I called the toll free # and got a young womanwho told me the info would be updated aftermidnight, until then ignor the call.  When thevoice asks for your account #, press 0#.Call the DoNotCall# for cellphones to stopother calls.  Good luck.

What can we do to stop them.  It is not right.  They keep calling me (several times a day and Sat) and I hope some officials will pick them up and send them to jail.
