these ****s keep calling and do no leave any messages. I know they are a collection agency.They do not stop at anything.I cannot pay them and that is it.  They do not tell youwho they are collecting for.

That's what they do. They purchase (for pennies on the dollar) old debt and then try to harass any and all to get some money.Some facts: Debt collection agencies cannot sue you for a debt that is past the statute of limitations, they cannot garnish your wages, get you fired or take you to court. If you pay anything on an old loan it becomes re-active and then they can try to take you to court (but not garnish wages).They harass any and all in hopes of eventually stumbling across the real person behind the old debt. They will stoop to any level to try and rake in any kind of money, even from people who have no old debt. It doesn't matter. Just **** up and don't even talk to them. Do it 1000 times if you have to, eventually they will move on. Me personally, I love to play with them, get them all worked up into a tizzy.

I have been getting calls on my cellphone from this company, different people. They are unreal. Threatening to sue me on a debt that is old. If the company that you have the debt from wanted to sue you, they would have, not some debt collector. Their name is National Credit Adjusters out of Tennessee. I had the "pleasure" of speaking with a Matt Walker. He was just a "joy." He said my first name only and then wanted to know all of my income which I am on permanent disability. Then he told me to pay my bill and have you ever been sued and that there is a 1099-C going to the IRS. I politely told him I was an account before I got sick and I know the rules and regs and it basically ticked him off even more. Then he wanted to know why I pay for a cellphone when I am on disability....the only phone I use. No house phone...I told him it was none of his business and then I told him I also had a family to feed on my disability. Did you know family and food don't count with them...then the biggie. He a***n told me to pay my bill Ms. Stellen on Cypress Lilly Drive. The entire time.....he had the wrong person, wrong address and wrong phone number. Then I s****ed in on him that he had best get his contacts right before he s****s calling names and harassing before he gives out others information.  He ***g up on me. I wasn't done. I called back and told the operator they had the wrong person. She didn't know what to say. Oops! I feel sorry for this person whose information I now know because of this Matt Walker. He just blurted it out. Time for the Fed Trade Commission to step in.

they are a debt collection company that says they will sue you over a loan or debt that is 4 years old...if the company wanted to sue you, they would of done it before the loan or debt was so old. when they call ask them to send you a letter...once you get it send them a letter telling them do not contact you a***n. if they do contact federal trade commission, they are harrassing and they can not continue once you send it in writing.
