Just got this call didn't even answer. How do I block this call

Just got a call from the same people to call them back at a 1800 number and they call from the 423 586 7784 saying it was a publisher service and that my good news was a free shopping spree for a 1,000 dollars and the bad news is that I had to call them back to get it. I think NOT! Sounds fishy to me!

GOT MY CALL EARLY AT 9:10 AM ON 7/19/2010 .THEY RANG MY PHONE FOR ABOUT 10 RINGS...THAN IT WENT INTO VOICE MAIL,THEY NEVER LEFT A MESSEGE BUT,I FIGURE IF IT IS IMPORTANT ENOUGH THEY WOULD HAVE LEFT ME A MESSEGE ON MY VOICE MAIL THEN.423-586-7784 WAS THE NUMBER THAT CALLED ME.

yea these people just called me three times, i listened to them and entertained them a bit feeling it was a scam, i use to work for a bank and we say this all the time, they asked my name as well as my age and where i worked and they did not underst*** my occupation it was rather ******. i was waiting to be transfered and so i ***g up and then i was called a***n by the other ext of this number, they did not leave any messages when i did not answer that's how i knew it was not legit also!! do not give too much info...

they cald me and told me that i won a 1000 shopping spree i knew it was a scam because they said i had to have a checking account to get it that dont make sense if i won it right please people be careful these people are trying to get ur money

THIS PERSON HAS CALLED ME 2 TIMES I SEARCHED IT ON YELLO PAGES AND IT SAYS ITS FROM MORRISON TENNESSEE...SO SDK!?1?
