A man called from this number. After 2-3 "hellos" on my end, he finally said he was from "best management" so****ing or rather.  Said he sees that I have unsecured debt and would like to talk to me about it.  I told him I'm not going to talk to him about my personal finances.  He said "but we can help you", I repeated myself, told him to have a good day, and ***g upCaller ID says its from a cell phone in Tennesee.

This annoying unknown number appears on my cellular weekly.  When I tried to call the number back a recording says it is either disconnected or no longer in service.  I refuse to answer any unknown numbers on my cellular being that I have to pay for any incoming calls.  I have listed both my home and cellular numbers with the national Do Not Call Registry and wonder how this continues to happen.

This number called me few weeks ago it was a phone solicitor I told him I was not interested.  I then informed him that my number was on a do not call list and told him not to call me a***n.  The number then called me yes****ay but I was unable to answer it, and did not leave a message.  They then called a***n today and I answered it was the same man that I spoke to earlier.  I told him a***n to stop calling me and that it was illegal to call a number on a do not call list and to not call me a***n.  He whispered into the phone F*** You twice and ***g up.  The number is out of Bristol Tennessee, it cannot be called back though.  The number comes up as not listed, I hope this will help this number from harassing people.

I too am getting phone calls from this number- they have called three times in the last week (twice today).  Each time they've called I've been away from my phone so I was unable to answer and they did not leave a message.  I called the number back out of curiosity and it was the same Verizon message above stating the number was not in service. Any answers would be helpful.

....Also, when I called it back, it was a Verizon message telling me that the number dialed was not in service.

This number calls me everyday. It says that it's out of Tennesse.  I finally picked up and a man asked for someone who aparently had this number before me.  I said he had the wrong number and he asked to speak to the person in charge of the phone.  When I asked why, we got disconnected.  Very strange.

Somebody from this number called this morning 6-17-09. I do not want to answer. Any idea who or wich company this is?Thanks.

Got another call from this number.  I now just ask the caller what company they represent ("Debt Management") and where the headquarters of the company is.  They then **** up.
