They called and said that I had a prescription overdue for refill. All my prescriptions are with a local pharmacy and are up to date and I have never used CVS-Caremark.

Said it was time to refill a shipped prescription and it knew my name. But I don't have any prescriptions mailed to me.

They said my prescription was ready for refill and gave me a number, 844-708-9388, to call.

CVS Care Mark this is a courtesy call and that one of my prescriptions was over due for a refill. They gave me a 844-708-9387 number to call and an account number of 2735444

That my prescription was ready that I needed to confirm my four digit year of birth

They said my name and that I was overdue on some prescription refills and needed to call 844-708-9387 then enter a seven digit extension 2418808. I have never had any scripts thru CVS, sounds like fraud to me. NOT dialing any of those numbers!!!

This number calls claiming to be AETNA, CVS and Publisher Clearing House

Didn’t answer the call. Answering system picked it up. Said my meds were due to be refilled which is not true, number one. Said it was from CVS. I don’t use CVS, number two. And finally, just received a letter today from my insurance stating their system had been hacked and to be vigilant in regards to fraud. I had noticed an uptick of spam calls lately. Now I know why.

They had correct name/number. Said I’m past due for CVS meds refill. Don’t use CVS

They were from Costco and my number was drawn for a "complimary" vacation

The voicemail said my husband had prescriptions that were overdue to be refilled from CVS and provided a phone number and extension to call back. He gets all his prescriptions from the VA and I don't use CVS either, so I know this is not a legitimate call. In addition, the caller ID indicated the number was from Chattanooga, TN.

Caller ID says Chattanooga TN. Left message saying they were CVS Caremark and that my daughter was overdue for a prescription refill. Asked me to call back at 855-708-3581 x5028433.

They said is CVS but I never have a prescription in cvs.

They called my work phone supposedly for my husbands overdue refill. One he has never used my work number for anything and two he does not take any prescriptions so it's a scam obviously.

Said "This is CVS CARMARK." (Said my name) and said "Our records indicate you are over due for a prescription refill." They said to call the number 8997083581 enter 7 digit ext 2907008 The caller ID on my phone CHATTANOOGA TN 1 423 8222465

State call was from CBS related with a prescription. First requested name confirmation, and after requested my ss last 4 #. I have never visit a CVS pharmacy.

Student loan gimmick

My prescription for blood pressure medication had just expired with Walgreens, and my Doctor would not renew. then I get this call from 2465 that knew my name and requested I press keys to get someone to fill my prescription. Heard a few alarm bells in my head.

I have TruCaller software that identifies the caller as Cvs Mail Order Pharmacy cosmetics store. Have blocked the number since at least 5/16/18. Have received 25 calls since then that TrueCaller has blocked. If I don't recognize the caller or the number I don't answer and then google the number

called me saying they were with Aetna medicare RX, asking personal questions like my date of birth and other private questions.

We have never used this Service, I think it was a robocall. Hung up, did not give information.

We have never been in a CVS store, never conducted business with CVS in any way, shape, or form, never used their pharmacy. How can we have a prescription waiting for refill and pickup? A sophisticated PHISHING SCAM.

As others have said, it was a robo call telling me my prescription was ready.

Just made an online purchase w/ ABC Pharmacy in Rancho Cucamonga, CA for medications (cataract surgery) recommended by surgeon. Never used ABC Pharmacy before. Then this call comes up. Anybody else use ABC Pharmacy also? Connection?? Other comments appear similar w/ good information. Blocked this caller !

They are misrepresenting them selves as CVSPharmacy.

Called to tell me my prescription was due at CVS. I called my pharmacist of 5 years and she told me CVS processes medicare bills for other pharmacy and that's where they get your name and try to have you change to their pharmacy. I haven't had good service in the past with CVS so I hung up.

My drugstore never calls me and I don't do business at any other drugstore and I will not name.

Came up as an unknown name, well I just blocked their butt... You would think the telephone provider that issues or sells the telephone numbers would register the name and apply it to the number. Wrong!

Told my 91 yr old Mother, her script was ready. NEVER used CVS..........wished they would take up knitting or something to pass their time.

Aetna, I'm a big boy. I know when my prescriptions are due to be refilled. And, yes, I take my medicine as prescribed. Atorvastatin, Lisinopril and Carvedilol. No need to call me.

This call came from CVS and the robo voice said a script was ready for refill which is complete BS. We stopped using CVS over 2 years ago because of the quality of their pharmacy. CVS pharmacy is hands down the worst service of any pharmacy we have used. From their customer care at the register to their pharmacist behind the glass the service they provided was horrible. The CVS pharmacy is hands down the worse my wife and I have ever experienced and since we stopped using them a couple years ago that makes their call today SPAM as far as we are concerned! Robo-Call for Aetna Health Insurance concerning your Rx. They monitor your prescription refills activity & apparently contact you if something seems out-of-order. They call it being "concerned". I call it being "nosey" !

Said they were AETNA [my Rx provider] wanted b'day and zip code to verify identity. Said one of my Rx is overdue for refill. This is true,,but I still think the call was illegitimate

Recieved call today from number I had scripts with Pathmark and found out they sold my info to CVS when they closed. But I had already moved scripts to other drug store

CVS is a horrible pharmacy as far as customer service and we stopped using them because of that. Now over two years later they still keep calling us to try and sell something which is spam as far as I'm considered! SPAMMERS SUX ?
