Bad business

This # is for Ashley Home Store but when I called it I got a recorded option of four things to do. Any of them would put you on hold forever and never answer. Tried calling back and pressed a # for an option and got a msg that that was an invalid option. They were also supposed to delivered a bed today which they did not and they never called either. I also got a bill in the mail from their bank which the Sales Manager told me I would not get until after the bed had been delivered.
